We are a 501c3 non-profit organization established to provide services to underserved women in transition following domestic & sexual violence, homelessness, incarceration and any other circumstances that would cause a woman to be alone and disempowered. Many of the women who come to us have a great need for non-judgemental support and encouragment.  We provide that, plus give them the tools they need to navigate a world that is generally not kind to them. We encourage them to be all they can be; and that the fight to survive in a challenging world, is a fight they will win if they persist despite the barriers.  We teach women to accept themselves; to love the beings that they have become; that their life experiences (good & bad) have shaped them into the strong survivors that they are today. We believe that the women who do well in our program are ones that desire and seek change  AND are willing to do the hard work to attain peace in their lives.
